Algo 1203 Call Switch

The Algo 1203 Call Switch is a user-friendly device featuring an illuminated LED button. It is specifically designed to work seamlessly with various Algo IP speakers, IP strobe lights, or the 8301 paging adapter. Its primary purpose is to provide a convenient and programmable interface for emergency and non-emergency alerting, as well as enhancing customer service.

By configuring the 1203 with a compatible Algo IP endpoint, pressing the button can trigger one of several actions. Firstly, it can multicast an alert or announcement, ensuring that the message reaches multiple recipients simultaneously. Alternatively, it can initiate a SIP call to a designated extension, where a discreet notification will be played upon answering the call. Lastly, the 1203 can make a SIP call to a configured extension, enabling hands-free two-way communication, such as utilising the Algo IP speaker microphone.
