I purchased one of these a while back (it was a different brand, but identical phone). It's a good weighty phone and, unlike a lot of stuff from China, actually feels really well screwed together. The buttons are mostly intuitive, and the four "speed dial" buttons have pop-off tops to allow you to insert your own labels.
Call quality is fine on the phone, the speakerphone volume is adequate for a standard office environment, although you will - as is almost always the case - sound like you're talking from the bottom of a tin bucket...
The phone supports 2x SIP lines, and 1x IAX line, although not all 3 at the same time. Each LINE button can be configured to one of the three available accounts. The phone registers fine with Asterisk, both in SIP and IAX modes.
So far, so good then. Unfortunately, the web interface lets the side down a bit, it's your usual hurriedly translated Chinese-_English affair. Locating the admin password is an entertaining excercise in trial and error, as it's not mentioned in the documentation. However, niggles aside, the website is 95% functional, and does a pretty good job of covering the configuration you're likely to need.
All in all, I'd rate this phone as a good 9.5/10.
