Really pleased with this, I was concerned that the quality wouldn't be that good but am pleased to say I got it completely wrong. This is a great product. We do not use the relay to open the door because we operate a secure environment and if someone was to break in to the device they could open the door, however as an intercom it is perfect. The sounds quality is great and the software allows it to call a our IP phones first of all and then if it doesn't get through it will call my mobile. I did't install the device myself but one of my staff managed to set it up without any problems. We were a bit unclear how to set it up to be powered by POE though initially.
