The Gigaset Fusion FX800W is a professional all-in-one telephone system in a timelessly elegant design that is a desk phone, DECT base station, mini telephone system and Smart Home base all in one device. All settings and functions can be individually configured via a web-based UI and be set intuitively via the newly developed user interface on the bright touch-and-swipe display.

Easy contact management

The Gigaset Fusion phone system comes with a central phone book that can hold up to 500 entries, allowing you to manage and synchronize all your customer contacts easily. This includes your existing mobile phone contacts, which can be imported quickly via Bluetooth, as well as your native Google and Microsoft 365 and LDAP contacts. Moreover, the Gigaset Fusion offers many convenient features, such as up to 72 programmable display keys and widgets that can be customized to suit your needs. Additionally, colored BLF buttons indicate if a line is available, and the display night mode helps conserve energy.

Customisable display content

The Gigaset Fusion phone system makes it easy and quick to get started with its numerous installation wizards. For instance, you can personalize the display content by selecting from a range of backgrounds and predefined images or by integrating personal images like a digital photo frame. Moreover, the Fusion provides three main screens that can be easily accessed by swiping between them. This allows you to access all the necessary information and links conveniently.

Environmentally friendly and radiation-free thanks to ECO DECT

The DECT eco mode and DECT eco mode+ functions of the Gigaset Fusion demonstrate an environmentally friendly solution. These functions offer an impressive 80% reduction in transmission power and energy-efficient transmission deactivation when the device is not in use. Additionally, the Fusion includes a proximity sensor that detects when the user is near and automatically wakes the device from sleep mode.

Funtionality as a mini phone system

The Gigaset Fusion comes equipped with an integrated mini-PBX that can handle up to 20 SIP extensions, whether connected through mobile devices or permanently installed desk phones. The SIP connection is also secure with SRTP/SIPS/TLS, LDAP(S) and HTTPS. With up to six parallel calls, you can still be easily reached by your customers.

The Fusion as a Gigaset Smart Home base

The Gigaset Fusion is compatible with Smart Home technology, allowing you to connect up to 64 Gigaset ONE X sensors from our product range. You can manage these smart home functions centrally or remotely via the Gigaset elements app. Additionally, the Easy Alarm Mode switch on the display allows you to switch on the alarm mode directly when leaving your desk, providing added convenience.
