I purchase the Grandstream GXV3500 to decode the RTSP video stream from the Grandstream cameras. Initial, general and network setup was easy, installed two cameras on the decoder side of the GXV3500, all worked well. Ordering was made very easy with the informative VoiPon web site. Delivery was quick and the item was tracked through the delivery process. I have not used the technical support as yet but if it is anything like the ordering and delivery process then there will be no problems. Five stars to the VoiPon sales team.
