The Netgear Prosafe JGS524PE 24-Port 1/100/1000 Switch is a Smart Managed Plus Switch delivering affordable, essential networking features. It has 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports which can be used for any 10/100/1000 Mbps link and twelve of these ports can suppply industry-standard IEEE 802.3af power.

The Netgar Prosafe JGS524PE has the ability to cost-effectively deliver Gigabit Ethernet networking speeds across a whole business network. Each port is equipped with automatically detecting 802.3af-compliant devices and will only provide power to these devices, in addition power will stop when the PoE devices are disconnected. The switch senses and adjusts network speed and cabling type automatically, for easy integration into your existing 10/100/1000 Ethernet network.
