These phones are fantastic devices. Having previously been disppointed with Cisco 7940 series VoIP phones, we decided to look for an alternative product. We initially purchased two of these phones to test with asterisk, and were very impressed, so we then replaced all our Cisco phones with these.
They can be quite complex to initially set them up, but the manual is very good. Once you've got the configuration right, adding more phones to the network is a breeze.
The customisation options are excellent, the only downside is that the don't use TFTP by default, they actually use FTP instead. They can be configured to use TFTP but you need to go through menus on the phone to configure them. If you want to provision them without having to manually configure each phone, stick with FTP.
