A prompt delivery from Voipon. The sound quality is very good on the phone. It took some tinkering to get the IP321 working in a home office environment. Eventually the solution was to turn off the firewall on our ADSL modem to allow the UDP signalling to get through to alert us to incoming calls. We'd not had to do that with the previous Grandstream VOIP phone it replaces.

It seems to be an enormously capable phone with lots of features for a low cost device, but you do need an infrastructure to apply updates, so in that respect not really a phone for a newbie. If you have the appropriate support personnel this phone is excellent.
