Item arrived in Ghana in record time, but packaging was mislabelled. I went back and forth with RMA team, but Steven Watson stepped stepped in and assured me. I opened the package, and it had what I ordered. It has since been installed and working.

I commend Steven Watson for his professional handling if the issue, once I briefed him.
My only problem was having to repeat myself to everybody I dealt with, as if there was no communication structures in the organization. The trouble ticketing system needs to be improved to make sure the client is not unusually burdened with having to answer the same questions.

I am generally satisfied with the final result and would continue doing business with coupon.
