Our small business clients love the 10 User version as its flexible and builds in real life departmentalisation through easy to use IVR functionality at a fraction of the cost of competitors. Installing was easy for them whilst straightforward. They were up and running in less than 2 hrs and were making calls and becoming familiar with the systems more feature rich applications in less than a week.
