Delivery Information

At VoIPon we aim to deliver orders efficiently and at highly competitive rates. The majority of our deliveries are made by DHL, including most international orders. Our prices are taken directly from courier charges, and shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination during checkout. On some occasions orders will be dispatched from other leading courier companies.

You can use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart to view exact shipping prices for your order. If you wish to organise collection of your order, please contact us.

Shipping Options / Rates

Weights from 0-10 Kg have a UK shipping price from £7.05 excl. VAT. To obtain the most accurate shipping price for all other weights and locations, please login or create an account and add your required products to your shopping cart. Please see all our delivery options below.

Shipping Options Description Cost
Next Day Delivery (UK) For UK mainland orders received before 3.30pm Monday to Friday, we operate a next business day delivery service, subject to availability. Calculated at Checkout
Saturday Delivery (UK) If you require Saturday delivery you can select this option during checkout. You can place orders at anytime during the week and up to 3:30pm on a Friday for Saturday delivery. Calculated at Checkout
Specific Time Delivery If you need an item urgently, or delivered at a specific time, please contact us. We are happy to organise this for you.

International Delivery We deliver to almost every country. For international delivery services, we use DHL, a high quality, fast delivery service. Prices are provided based on the weight of the order. Calculated at Checkout

Multiple Warehouses

We may ship from several different warehouses depending upon the type of products ordered. This allows us to locate stock in the most efficient way and link to transport hubs. Orders made up of different products may therefore occasionally arrive separately and via different couriers. We operate a next business day service throughout mainland UK, so items may be delivered up to 5pm.
