If you own a Snom phone, I can't recommend this headset more highly. The headset fits my head perfectly. It comes with all the cables that I need to connect to my Snom phone. The mic arm is adjustable plus comes with a second set of ear cushions. I don't know what else you could need.

My current VOIP phone supplier had run out of stock, so I came to VOIPon I was a little worried about using another supplier rather than my VOIP host.

I can say that I should not have worried; they had stock and dispatched the same day, and the whole experience was excellent I would certainly order from VOIPon again
