Snom desk phones are initially powered through PoE as the default setting. This decision aligns with ecological and economic considerations, leading to the exclusion of a power supply unit from the package. Nonetheless, if your network setup doesn't utilize PoE, you have the option to obtain a separate power supply. Additionally, if you wish to connect multiple extension modules to a single telephone, starting from the second extension module, you will require this power supply.
