These are excellent phones being used in our warehousing and production areas where they have a hard life! The web interface makes programming them easy, as is the ability to deploy firmware updates remotely. The phones are sturdy and have a good battery life. I doubt they can be bettered in the price bracket. The only slight issue we have had is that there is no way to change the default wireless network, however that is easily resolved by programming through the web interface (once you have got it online using another profile). The screen is bright and there many different ring tones built in. Good reliable phone for basic VOIP use. - Works on our Mitel 3300 system.
