VoIPon's full provisioning service, is a time and resource saving system
which enables system administrators to pre-configure phones prior to
deployment. By adding RPS to a Yealink phone at point of purchase, specific
extension and authentication settings can be set up in advance. The phones
will have these values stored ready for the initial boot up. This saves
valuable deployment time as it is no longer need to un-box, configure, and
re-box handsets before providing them to your users. After your order has
been processed, you will be able to see which MAC address has been assigned
to which phone configuration, so the phones can be easily passed the the
correct user.
There is also advanced management functionality that allow you to make
remote changes to phone configuration via your VoIPon account. Simply make
the changes to the configuration online, and request the user reboots their
phone, and the new configuration will be downloaded on to it. This makes
re-deployment and maintenance of phones much more simple and effective.
Note that once your order is confirmed, there are even more configuration
settings available for you to pre-configure, via your My Account section,
if you navigate to the order.

own configuration files (on your own provisioning server), simply enter
your provisioning server IP Address below, and we will then provide you
with the mac addresses of the phones on the order, so you can do the rest.
Note, this is for more advanced users who are familiar with auto
provisioning via RPS. For a complete provisioning service hosted by VoIPon,
