Record Queue Calls:
Once this feature is activated, all queues calls will be recorded in desired sound format.
Example: John enters the 'Sales' queue and is transferred to 'Queue Agent Smith'. Their entire conversation is recorded and available for review from 'Reports'. Field Type: Option buttons

Monitor format:
Select the audio format all queue calls with be recorded in. Available formats: gsm, wav and wav49.
